1. Q: Are you able to communicate with those who have departed?
A: Yes I can but please keep in mind that it is not a guarantee that the loved one you request will come through. Many times other departed loved ones come through to relay a message that is needed.
2. Q: What can I expect during the reading?
A: You can expect a combination of the following things: the ability to communicate with a loved one that has passed on, guidance and clarity on present situation and insight to the future based on current circumstances. Please be advised that each individual reading is unique and tailored towards what is needed to be known at the time.
3. Q: Will my lack of belief during session affect the reading?
A: Absolutely not. I completely understand why this would be a concern to a non believer, but as a spiritual reader, my focus is to serve as a channel . It would, however, be very helpful to keep an open mind during the readings and be able to accept the gift of guidance from those who truly come through to help us on this journey.
4. Q: What kind of information do you require before a reading starts?
A: It is not necessary to share anything about yourself prior to reading. All I do is ask your permission to read you before we start session. If you feel like you want to share information with me, that would be okay too.

After we have scheduled a session and payment is received in full, you will receive a automated text with date and time of appointment and confirmation of payment within 24 hours.
6. Q: What if I need to cancel a scheduled session? Will I get a Refund?
A: Due to strict scheduling, please note all scheduled sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you would like, another date and time will be given to the convenience of both parties.
7. Q: Do I have to have an item on hand that belonged to a departed loved one during the reading to assist in the session?
A: Not necessarily, because it is not a guarantee that person will come through. But, if you feel it will relax you and bring you comfort, by all means feel free to do so.
8. Q: How long will my reading session last?
A: Readings vary from person to person, normally it will not be less the an hour an half long, but it can smoothly go into two hours long.
9. Q: Am I allowed to ask questions during the reading?
A: Absolutely! My goal is to provide as much comfort and understanding throughout the session.
10.Q: What if we get disconnected during a call?
A: I will call back immediately, but after my third call attempt and no answer, the session will be then considered over by both parties. Please be aware that in such a circumstance, there will be NO refund. Please make sure to use a reliable equipment during the session.
11. Q: What is expected of me, on my end, during a session?
A: It is strongly recommended that there be no distractions (children, music, TV on, etc.) in your surroundings to avoid interruptions and disturb the fluidity of the reading. It is important to have you focus completely throughout the call.
12. Q: What might be some reasons you would end a reading session before the expected time and will I get refunded?
A: I have the right to end a session if any verbal abuse or threats are directed in my direction, as well if I feel that the client is inebriated and not able to connect or receive messages with clarity. In such a circumstance, there will be NO refund.
